The videos document the movement of the wing prototype. One of the major goals was for the wings to be able to fold in like real bird wings. The range of motion allows for movement in three dimensions like real bird flight.
Final Wing and Head Movement Video
Video demonstrating the range of motion and controller rods while attached to the completed head. I created a harness for the chest that attaches to the head so that the wearer can bend fully forward without having the head slip down.
